True binaural beats are created by two slightly different tones in each ear which then create the illusion of a pulsating beat when your brain processes the slightly different sounds. Pulse is generated in each ear by this app and very noticeable when you remove one side of headphone. Time to go back to the drawing board for an update or refund peoples money for false advertising.
